As a Colorado native, Kathy Casey has proudly served Colorado families for nearly two decades. Before becoming a Realtor, Kathy built a successful 15-year career in marketing and advertising, managing campaigns for some of Denver's leading advertising agencies. She also worked as a Mortgage Underwriter, giving her a unique understanding of both the lending process and real estate transactions.

Recognized among the Top 1% of Colorado Realtors by the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, The Denver Post, and 5280 Magazine, Kathy is known for her integrity, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to personalized service. She believes every client and every home is unique, taking the time to understand each person's goals and developing a strategy tailored to their individual needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

Kathy is also passionate about education and serves as an instructor for the Denver Housing Authority's Homebuyer Certification Program (CHFA), helping first-time homebuyers gain the knowledge and confidence needed to achieve homeownership.

Following in her mother's footsteps, Carissa Casey is a Colorado native and second-generation Realtor who has been immersed in the real estate industry her entire life. As an active member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, Carissa combines industry knowledge with a passion for exceptional customer service.

Before beginning her real estate career, Carissa built an extensive background in customer service, financial services, mortgage underwriting, and new home sales. Her experience helping clients with investments, overseeing sales for one of the nation's largest home builders, and underwriting distressed property loans gives her a well-rounded perspective that benefits every client she serves.


Together, Kathy and Carissa combine decades of experience in real estate, marketing, finance, and customer service to provide clients with knowledgeable guidance, innovative marketing strategies, and responsive communication. They understand that every client has unique goals, and they are committed to making every transaction as smooth, informed, and successful as possible.
